Note: I change the install directory to:
c:\dev\cpp\expat\Expat 2.0.1
Copy to qgislibsVc7:
c:\dev\cpp\qgislibsVc7\bin\libexpat.dll c:\dev\cpp\qgislibsVc7\include\expat from c:\dev\cpp\expat\Expat 2.0.1\Source\lib\*.h c:\dev\cpp\qgislibsVc7\lib\libexpat.lib
