Welcome to the Wiki for the openModeller Graphical User Interface project. On these pages you will find design documents, programmers guidelines and other useful information relating to the openModeller GUI project (OMG). The goal of OMG is to provide a user friendly, flexible, powerful and open source user interface for the openModeller species distribution modelling library. The OMG will be cross platform with Linux, Windows and MacOSX platforms targeted. Details about the openModeller library can be found in the oM wiki.

oMGUI Versions

• oMGUI 0 - Original Qt3 based Wizard interface - Current stable release

• oMGUI 1 - Qt4 based 2nd generation gui including pre and post processing tools - Current development where we will be experimenting with technologies that will go into omGUI2.

• oMGUI 2 - Qt4 based advanced gui for large experiments and distributed computing - Currenty vapourware
