1. WSDL returned by om web service has localhost for instance address - Renato can you fix? 
2. Regarding the planning phase and Dave's visit to CRIA for this, we will try to put aside a bit of time during the BioGeoSDI 'hackfest' to go over the project plan. (x)
3. We agreed to set up a wiki or document repository for keeping track of the various docs etc that we generate. I will ask Bene to create a separate wiki for this purpose with read/write access for Renato / Dave / Tim
4. Donald has sent some java examples for a proxy - neither of us has had a chance to look at it yet. I will try to go through it on Friday and give feedback to Donald then. (Dave sent feedback)
