Step 01

Download the SQLite lib at http://www.sqlite.org (version 3.5.6 - sqlite-amalgamation-3_5_6.zip).

Unpacking the zip file in:

C:\dev\cpp\sqlite 

Step 02

Execute in the directory that was been unpacking:

C:\dev\cpp\qt\qt-win-opensource-src-4.3.3>configure.exe
